Description
Adsorbent Activated Alumina is a smooth sphere of activated alumina. It is a desiccant for drying a wide variety of liquids and gases. Although all molecules are adsorbed to some extent on activated alumina, those molecules having the highest polarity are preferentially adsorbed. Activated Alumina can be used as adsorbent in adsorption dryers, acid removal originating from lubricating oils and refrigerants, process stream purification/removal of highly polar compounds.
